This morning I attended the Norfolk Village State School ANZAC Commemoration Service. Thank you to the student leaders for the respectful way you ran the service and to Phil from the Beenleigh RSL & Golf Club for your informative speech to the students. It is a wonderful thing that the youth of today are helping to keep the ANZAC spirit alive. Lest We Forget.

It's official, Upper Coomera State College has the first school based Zarraffa's training centre! Students will earn not just a TAFE certification but they will also receive a Zarraffas certificate which is recognised as a industry leader in coffee and beverage making in Australia. This was a crazy idea between myself, UCSC Principal Chris Capra, Bruce and Elisa (Upper Coomera Zarraffas) and Kenton Campbell (Zarraffas owner).
