1. The organisation and/or business is responsible for the safe erection and maintenance of the marquee while it is in their possession.

2. The organisation and/or business is responsible for any damage to the marquee while it is in their possession. The organisation and/or business is responsible for the cost of the repair up to and including the cost of replacement.

3. If the marquee is damage beyond repair, the organisation and/or business will pay for the marquee to be replaced. The cost of replacement is $2500.

4. The organisation and/or business will return the marquee by the agreed date.
