It's been an interesting day out in the electorate. Exciting times for UCSC with some world class training facilities now up and running. More about that in the near future. Now it's time for a Community Roadside at John Muntz Bridge Upper Coomera / Oxenford.

First day with our Youngstaar's at our first Gold Coast School. Thank you to the amazing Mark Boothman MP, Member for Albert for this opportunity. Thank you to our amazing trainer Nicole Morgan-Mansell "Building stronger relationships. Building stronger communities."

Today I wrote to the Minister for Education seeking a permanent classroom solution for Coomera Springs State School. With continued development in the Coomera Springs and the new Heights development, the pressure on classroom accommodations will continue to remain high.

The year is looking very bright for Windaroo Valley State High School. Their new school leaders are truly inspirational individuals and many of them volunteer their time to help our community.

Pimpama State School new administration building is coming together and I must say Marius it's looking pretty darn good. I believe it is only a few weeks away before it's ready to move in. It was a hard fight for funding, however the squeaky door was eventually oiled. Thanks to everyone who signed petitions and supported the P&C to get the building.
