Single Use Plastics Ban

A quick reminder for small and family businesses and their staff. Today marks one week until the single-use plastic ban begins in Queensland.
That means disposable plastic straws, stirrers, cutlery, bowls, plates and polystyrene takeaway containers/cups will all need to be replaced by environmentally sustainable alternatives.
Small and family businesses are being urged to get ready for the change.
