John Muntz Bridge, Upper Coomera (Coomera River) at 5pm. The water level has risen since midday.

Coomera River is raging under the John Muntz Bridge at Upper Coomera. 130 millimetres of rain in 3 hours.

As requested by local businesses in Oxenford, I asked Main Roads to clean the drain to the rear of their businesses to reduce the likelihood of flooding. After a quick door knock of businesses, it seems to be working very well.
