Australian Business Week Northern Gold Coast Collegiate final day has been a huge success for all the students involved! Schools from all across the Northern Gold Coast come together every year to participate in a program that instills creative business development and entrepreneur skills. Congratulations to all students involved, you are all winners.

Three weeks ago while Yatala Pies was closed because of the flooding around SEQ, Tim promised Sue he would visit again when they were back up and running. Today he did just that. The only thing better than their 'Cyclone' pie was seeing this iconic Queensland business jam-packed with customers.

Talking all things small business today with Paula Brand and Sid Cramp Member for Gaven at the 2017 Northern Gold Coast Business Expo. Well over 100 businesses on display, there's live music and food stalls too.

This Friday the 7th of April is the 2017 North GC Business Expo. There will be over 100 trade exhibitors, guest speakers, 8 Workshops with hands on practical advice on running a business, food trucks, live entertainment, prizes, and more.

John owns a local cabinet making business in Upper Coomera, one of his hobbies is to make old world wheelbarrows, rustic wagons and many other interesting items. He supplied many of these items to the Movie "Pirates of the Caribbean". Thanks John for stopping at my Community Roadside
