Public speaking is a talent anyone can learn. Practise makes perfect and the best place to practise and receive constructive encouragement is Toastmasters. Upper Coomera Toastmasters meets regularly at Saint Stephen’s College at 7pm on Thursday nights.

The Potters House Helensvale is hosting a family fund day this afternoon at Damian Leeding Park from 4 pm till 5:30 pm. Free face painting and jumping castle for kids and raffles.

Highland Reserve Easter Family day is on at the Park, Rose Valley Drive Upper Coomera. Art workshop and jumping castles for the kids, plus live music. 3:00 pm till 5:00 pm

Day two of the Northern Gold Coast Rotary Book Fair. The fair continues to be an outstanding success with large crowds continuing to roll in. The fair continues until 4 pm today and opens again tomorrow from 9 am till 4 pm at Oxenford Community Centre. Big shout out to Rotary club of Coomera Valley & Northern Gold Coast Rotaract for organising this event.
