This week we celebrate the incredible carers in our community and recognise the important role they play every day. Being a carer is far more than a 9 to 5 job. It can be both physically and emotionally demanding, but it is also one of the most rewarding ways to make a difference in the lives of others.
To say thank you, I visited the wonderful team at Regis Magnolia Residential Aged Care in Upper Coomera and shared some afternoon tea with the staff. Their dedication, compassion and commitment to caring for residents is truly appreciated.
Thank you to all carers across our community for the kindness, support and comfort you provide to those who need it most. Your efforts do not go unnoticed.
