Last week I had the pleasure of visiting the new Woolworths at Upper Coomera. Luke, the store manager, and Kirsten took me on a tour through the store and into the new Click & Collect area to see the operations.

Kirsten was recently awarded the National Customer Service Manager of the Year, an incredible achievement. She began her journey with Woolworths in 2011, originally taking on a job to get her through uni. After graduating, she chose to stay with Woolworths and has since built a successful career, progressing through the business and making a real impact.

The store now employs over 120 locals, and Kirsten plays a key role in training young people and offering ongoing support. It’s great to see such strong leadership and commitment to our community.
