Yatala Pies, a true icon of South East Queensland will be back in action ready for Easter! Sue and Heather with their team are working around the clock to be open for business next week.

Beaudesert Beenleigh Road at Luscombe Bridge is still closed, maintenance crews will clear and check the bridge's structure. Local RFB hope will we be done in the next few hours. Beaudesert Beenleigh Road will require surface works, please drive carefully.

As we head toward the peak of the flooding ... some photos to give you an idea of the level of devastation facing many Logan and Gold Coast residents. The BP Service Centre at Exit 38 is completely cut off (many of you would know how high this sit above the ground). In all my years. I have never seen water come up this high at the Beenleigh RSL. The result of close to a metre of rain.
