Introducing our new OIC (Officer In Charge) at Coomera Police Station. Senior Sergeant Alisha Edwards started at Coomera Station only a couple of days ago, but she is very keen to learn about the community. Alisha is a long-serving Police Officer and has managed multiple police stations throughout her career.

Many residents have expressed their dismay about the level of youth crime that is plaguing our community. They feel there isn’t enough being done to correct the anti social behaviour that many of these individuals display.

Christmas Day can be one of the busiest days for our local Police Officers and many officers miss out on Christmas lunch with their families. A small gesture of thanks, every year we drop off Christmas lunch for our hard working officers. Merry Christmas Coomera Police, I hope you have a quiet day tomorrow.

Yesterday we lost two Police Officers who served with honour. They were just 26 and 29 years old. Tragedies like these are a reminder of the dangers our Police face every time they put on the blue uniform and go to work. Their selfless devotion to our community and helping those in need should never be forgotten.

Christmas Cakes for our hard working police. The holiday period is can be a very tough time for officers dealing with a variety of issues. This Christmas please give them a wave or a thumbs up.
