A busy Friday across the Northern Gold Coast!

First up this morning was a media announcement marking the start of design work for the second stage of the Coomera Connector between Pimpama and Coomera, along with the duplication of Jabiru Bridge.
Then it was off to Oxenford to meet Fraser, the new owner of McDonald’s Oxenford. Fraser is keen to get involved, support local initiatives and build strong partnerships with our community. For many young people, Maccas is where they get their very first job and some valuable experience in the workforce!
A big congratulations to all our newest Aussies who officially became Australian citizens at today’s Upper Coomera Citizenship Ceremony. 
And to finish off the afternoon, it was fantastic to attend the official opening of the CROC Support Hub at Upper Coomera State College
