Work is now underway on a $4.4 million project to improve safety on Maudsland Road near the intersection of Guanaba Creek Road. Construction of the project includes realigning the road to the east of the current location, improving drainage and formalising access to City of Gold Coast’s Cliff Bird Park with an entrance from Guanaba Creek Road.

Busy morning visiting multiple community groups around the electorate, time for a community roadside Saturday at Helensvale on Discovery Drive.

A year of achievement has been on show at multiple school graduation ceremonies throughout the electorate. It is a proud moment for the sea of parents in the audience, seeing their children or young adults graduate and receive special certificates of achievement. Well done students on another great year. Graduating year 12 students, dare to dream.

Busy time at the Upper Coomera Neighbourhood Watch Night Markets! The crowds have been pouring in all afternoon. Well done to President Nicole and her team for hosting another successful markets.
