School is back! Please take extra care around schools zones today. There will be a lot of excited students who haven’t seen some of friends for months and they will have a lot to talk about. Road safety may not be on their mind. Plus give our crossing guards a wave, they all do a wonderful job keeping our kids safe.

Please share, someone somewhere may have an image of these brave souls as part of their family history. For some time, my office has been working with the Northern Gold Coast RSL Sub-Branch to produce plaques for our fallen WW1 diggers listed on our local war memorials.

Coomera Train Station Park N Ride Upgrade. The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) are consulting with the local community about the upgrade to the Coomera park 'n' ride. The business case is nearing completion and we welcome feedback and input from the community and commuters utilising the facility.

The first Lions Club of Helensvale Bunnings BBQ for 2021. Sausage on bread with the onions underneath the sausage (required). One special order, charcoal snag. Cooked on high for 45 minutes and the customer loved it. All funds raised go to Lions projects.
