The red and blue flashing lights at the Skate Park on Reserve Road Upper Coomera is a Rural Fire Brigade training exercise. They are hypothetically fighting three fires whilst dealing with injured crew members.

Thank you everyone who participated in today’s Coomera Catchment Group tree plant at Oxenford. 800 trees planted in just over an hour. Not a bad effort.

Guanaba Creek Road between Lynwood Drive and Purcell Road. Diesel fuel or oil spilt on the road. It has been reported to council.

Rain over the last couple of days hasn’t impacted the Coomera River height. Levels are still some way below minor heights. Unfortunately, the riverbank continues to collapse. The first two images are of the riverbank after the recent minor flooding a couple weeks ago where we lost 10 to 12 metres of riverbank.
