Cr Shelley Curtis and I heard residents relive harrowing memories of the Christmas Day storms and the path of destruction they left. 32 degrees and 88% humidity at Oxenford. Storms seem to be developing quickly in the west and moving quickly to the east. Stay safe

Sections of road pavement near the Coomera River bridge along birds around have suffered some damage. The causeway is still closed but water levels continue to recede.
