Ormeau Lions BBQI have to take my hat off to the members of the Ormeau Lions and its members. Every Saturday from 6.30am rain, hail or shine they are there raising money at the Ormeau IGA for those in need. |

Walk for DanielUpper Coomera State College students participated in today's Walk For Daniel. Their behaviour was excellent and they all listened intently to our local Police Officer. Safety of our children will always be top priority. Plus a huge thanks to Upper Coomera Neighbourhood watch for hosting this event at the community centre. |

Studio Village Community Centre AGMStudio Village Community Centre has continued to be a key cornerstone of the local community and today we held our Annual General Meeting which was a thank you meeting for all the volunteers who make this community centre the best! Community Grant RecipientsCongratulations to all the successful community grants! $35,000 to upgrade tuck shop facilities at Cedar Creek State School P&C, $16,988.52 to upgrade hall at QCWA Coomera, $6,244.50 to purchase indoor bowls equipment for Studio Village Community Centre, $9,079.19 to purchase IT equipment for Oxenford & Coomera Community Youth Centre to name a few. |
