Thank you, Optus, for supporting The Meeting Place: Oxenford/Coomera Community Youth Centre Australia Day event. Also, a big shout out to the Northern Gold Coast Rotaract, Coomera Valley Rural Fire Brigade and Rotary Club of Coomera Valley for volunteering their time at today's event. It was super hot and humid! Tennis and Cricket on a big TV.

Congratulations to all the new Australians who pledged to become new Aussies today! Every year, the Lions Club of Helensvale hosts a citizenship ceremony at Helensvale to make this day memorable.

Thank you to all the volunteers at last night's Pacific Pines Christmas Carols. Last night was a great success! Congratulations, Yan for winning our Christmas Lolly guessing competition. Hopefully, your Christmas is a bit more merrier.
