Busy day walking the streets door knocking Helensvale. It was great to hear from Terry, a local resident of the Gold Coast for over 60 years. He has some great old photos of the Gold Coast back in 1960's. The coast is unrecognisable and I must say, there was interesting fashion back in the day.

Ormeau Lions IGA BBQ is over for another week, thank you to all those who supported the Lions today. Time for a Community Roadside at Guanaba near Guanaba Creek Road.

Community Roadside Saturday at Reserve Road Upper Coomera next to the Upper Coomera Community Centre. Don't forget it's Mother's Day tomorrow. Shout mum a wonderful breakfast or lunch at one of our lovely love cafes or restaurants.
