Studio Village Annual Fete is on until 1 pm at the Studio Village Community Centre. There are Rock Climbing, Train rides, Farm Animals and food stands. I had to get a photo with Leonardo (the turtle guy with the katana) from nationaltaekwondo.net. “Cowabunga”. It makes me feel old; I was ten years old when Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles came to our televisions.

Busy morning in the electorate. Men’s Walk and Talk at 7 am, followed by Oxenford Community Centre, then Helensvale Farmers Market, and now it's time for a Community Roadside at Helensvale.

Time for a community Roadside at Upper Coomera after another day of walking the pavement in Maudsland.

Our small local bakeries need our support. It is convenient to purchase our baked goods from the big chains, but it’s our small bakers who need your support. They give so much back to the community through sponsorships and donations. Plus, they make fantastic baked goods. We have multiple bakeries throughout the area, Staker’s Bakery 165, Oxenford Bakery, Coomera River Bakery, Bakers Delight Oxenford and Helensvale.
