Unfortunately it is a rather wet morning at the monthly Helensvale Car Boot Sale. But we have some dedicated Lions who turned up just in case their was a miracle (weather cleared up). Car boot sale cancelled. 😩

Dodging showers over the last few days whilst hitting the pavement in the electorate. Not only successful at dodging the rain, got a bit wet a few times. 😅 Thank you to the residents who stopped for a chat at my regular Community Roadsides.

Red Cross Helensvale are raffling a Ziegler & Brown Portable BBQ. These are amazing little BBQs that are pretty tough. Helensvale Red Cross will be selling tickets at Helensvale Plaza from 10am to 2pm Friday and 9:00am till 2:00pm Saturday. The raffle will be drawn on Saturday at 2:00pm. Please support our wonderful Red Cross.

Go the Colts! Next round of the National Premier Leagues (NPL) Coomera Soccer Club will be playing Magpie Crusaders from Mackay.Been a tense night waiting to find who the colts are playing and no doubt the Colts will do us proud!
