The senior students at Gaven had a line up of interesting questions for me today

Saturday’s storms caused extensive damage to many vehicles, homes and local businesses. Our local nurseries also suffered damage from the hail and winds. Helensvale Car Boot Sale on again this morning. ‘Yes’ I’m a bit exhausted this morning but Lions come first. Come down and grab breakfast and a bargain. Helensvale Plaza. Car boot sale is on until 9ish this morning.

Over the last three years I have continually written to the Labor government seeking urgent funding to reinforce the vulnerable Coomera Riverbank upstream of the John Muntz Bridge. (Attached are a couple of the many responses from the government)
