Eight hundred plants have a new home at Regatta Waters! Well done, Coomera River Catchment Association Inc, on another successful planting! Plus, it was an early start for Boothy Junior. He was very keen to plant a few trees and grasses.

Meet Genevieve, our YMCA Youth Parliamentarian for Theodore. Today she dropped into the office to discuss proposed legislation for this year's Youth Parliament. The topic is facial recognition technology. We managed to find some informative university papers on this technology.

I spoke at the last sitting of the parliament pleading (link to speech https://tv.parliament.qld.gov.au/?reference=0Mba20230511_171116 ). Universities' studies highlight the benefits of these types of sound barriers. I tabled a report in parliament to highlight further the research that has been done.
