We have launched a petition for a hospital in the Northern Gold Coast.

It has been a successful three years for the men’s walk and talk. From their humble beginnings with Adam Flier walking around Damian Leeding Park promoting men’s health to a group of twenty fellas regularly meeting on Saturday morning at 7 am near the coffee shop at the park.

During my travels today visiting locals, I met Patty ( Irish wolfhound ). Apart from been super friendly, Patty is huge! He reminds me of a four legged Wookiee from Star Wars. In all seriousness, I wish my dog behaved like Patty.

Lions Club of Helensvale plus (Bonnie from Ormeau Lions) cooking for a group of very hungry volunteers who have been helping clean flood affected houses. Steak Onion Cheese Tomato beetroot Lettuce On freshly baked bread rolls with BBQ sauce. 🍔 Thank you to our mud army for all their wonderful work helping those in need.

Dulcie is passionate about helping the community, she volunteered her time at the Op Shop for 27 years! Dulcie had a wonderful birthday with her fellow volunteer friends and family.
