Lions Club of Helensvale is selling Christmas Cakes this week at Helensvale Plaza from 8 am till 4 pm. All profits go to a good cause.

It was great to catch up with Fr Abraham from the Coptic Orthodox Church at Helensvale. The Coptic Orthodox Church was founded in Alexandria Egypt and dates back almost 2000 years. The Coptic’s recently celebrated 50 years in Australia.

Cracker of a day. Another successful day for the New Farmers Market at Helensvale State High School. Well done to Nerise and Leanne for all the work they do in setting up these markets.

It is great to see our local Rural Fire Brigade legends have good taste in sporting teams whilst photo bombing the Ute. Go the eels! Plus thank you to the many locals who stopped for a chat.
