Out And About The ElectorateIt's time for a “very warm/humid” Community Roadside at Upper Coomera. During my travels today, I caught up with Will, who runs The Village Grocer. He sells farm fresh produce from his front gate at 36 Tarata Road Guanaba. During the recent storm event, Will donated produce to all those who helped with the storm cleanup. Please keep supporting local businesses. |

If you want to volunteer and help with the cleanup, go to Volunteering Gold Coast here and sign up https://volunteeringgc.org.au/severe-weather-assist/ |

This is completely ridiculous.I have had numerous enquiries from residents about their Essential Services Hardship grants and the Department of Communities requiring them to show proof they have lost power. These residents lost power for over a week. Some lost power for almost two weeks! Yet the Department is demanding proof. |
