Scouts at the Queensland parliament. Brady is from Mudgeeraba scout group and I have to add, he is a wealth of knowledge. He is a highly skilled scout who is a master at rope knots, problem solving and is heavily involved in community service. We have two great scouting groups in the electorate, Coomera Scouts located at Gawler Place Upper Coomera and Helensvale Scouts is located at Shepparton Rd Helensvale.

Very busy morning at the Northern Gold Coast Rotaract Community Cafe at the Oxenford Coomera Youth Community Centre. We needed a bigger order board! Thank you to everyone who dropped in and supported this wonderful community group.

$200 million would build critical infrastructure for the Northern Gold Coast. Infrastructure that we own! It would pay for the upgrading of Helensvale Road. Main Roads have predicted vehicle numbers will double on Helensvale Road after Coomera Connector is built.

Tuesday and Thursday Day are ladies day at the Oxenford Men’s Shed (Oxenford Men's Shed Inc). The ladies are showing off their creative talents building book stands and boxes for Rotary Club of Coomera Valley Book Fair (13 to 16 of April at Oxenford & Coomera Community Youth Centre)

Pacific Pines Resident Meeting first up tonight. Thank you President Phil for your informative meeting. Next meeting Upper Coomera Lions Club at the Wattle Hotel. Lions meet at the Hotel every 3rd Wednesday 6:30pm.
