Thank you Indian Community Of Gold Coast for their kind invitation to celebrate the Diwali Festival with them. Outstanding evening! Hopefully next year’s Diwali Festival will be bigger than ever. Diwali Festival has a wonderful meaning Light over Darkness, Good over Evil and Knowledge over Ignorance.

Community Roadside Saturday at Helensvale near the Helensvale Senior Citizens Centre Discovery Drive. Storm, a Helensvale resident has a heart of gold, she cares for orphaned animals and finds them new homes. Plus thank you to everyone else who stopped for a chat.

Rotary Club of Coomera Valley Pop Up Book sale is on this morning at the Oxenford & Coomera Community Youth Centre until 12 noon.

It’s very stressful judging student artwork at Oxenford State School because they all are very very very good! Lots of wonderful themes and messaging in the artwork. Plus how good is the reproduction of American Gothic (Oxenford State School Style)!
