Coomera River Oxenford Pony Club

10:55am 28th February, flood waters along the Coomera River upstream from Oxenford weir continue to fall. Oxenford Weir is now below minor flood level. Coomera River

5:00pm 27th February, the Coomera River remains at below minor flood levels apart from Clagiraba monitoring station. Clagiraba is at moderate flooding. Canungra Army base monitoring station is recording below minor flood level but water levels are rising. The Bureau of Meteorology continuously updates river levels via their website. As at 7:00am 27th February. The Coomera River at Oxenford Weir has reached minor flooding during the night. River level monitoring stations up stream are showing moderate flooding at Clagiraba and below minor at Canungra Army Base. Floods 2022

Community working together at Ferny Glen (Gold Coast Hinterland). The rain event has washed away the creek crossing at Upper Coomera Road at Ferny Glen. Residents are forced to use a flying Fox rope system to transport essentials across Flying Fox Creek.
