Coomera Valley Rotary club is cooking snags at Oxenford Bunnings today. Please come down and support them as all funds raised go into community projects. They are here until 3 pm.

It has been a long time coming but works are scheduled to begin mid 2021 and continue until late 2021. The upgrade will see the old culverts replaced with a higher and wider culvert structure. The road will be raised about 1.5 metres and eight metres wider over Howard Creek. The intersections of Lanes Road and Colin Meagher Road will also be improved with dedicated turning lanes.

It has been a tough time for many small businesses and the travel industry has suffered terribly. We have a choice. Alternatively, you can book your holiday on an online travel or hotel booking website that is foreign-owned, profits go overseas and employ foreigners.

School is back! Please take extra care around schools zones today. There will be a lot of excited students who haven’t seen some of friends for months and they will have a lot to talk about. Road safety may not be on their mind. Plus give our crossing guards a wave, they all do a wonderful job keeping our kids safe.
