The weather didn’t keep the stargazers away from last night’s (Southern Astronomical Society) monthly meeting at the Oxenford Pony Club. With the cloud cover, there was nothing to see outside but Dylan O’Donnell “as always” gave an interesting demonstration of new telescope equipment designed help beginners. Breakfast is now serviced. Sausage on bread for the kids. No onions for the kids Today the Coomera QCWA Ladies are running the sausage sizzle at Oxenford Bunnings today.

Thank you First Officer Phil Parker (Squadron Commanding Officer) for your service to the Air League Gold Coast Squadron. You have been a great role model for the cadets and I’m sure the cadets will never forget you. Best wishes with you future endeavours in Adelaide.
