Whilst it is exciting for many students at Coomera Anglican College receiving awards, this is the final year for Mister K (Graeme Kirkpatrick) as head of Primary School. Mister K, you will be greatly missed! You are a shining example of everything good in education and you are a true gentleman. Thank you for your many years of service.

Another rather warm day as I hit the pavement in Helensvale meeting locals. Plus add a few Community Roadsides over the last couple of days, now it time to head to Helensvale Lions.

Congratulations to the Helensvale State High School newly appointed school captains for 2019! Executive Principal Karen Lindsey did say it was a very difficult decision as there are many shining examples of leadership in the year 11 cohort.
