To finish a week in Parliament, the Community Safety and Legal Affairs committee had an all-day hearing into the Queensland Community Safety Bill at Parliament. The wide-ranging legislation covers youth crime, social media, and firearms.

Queenslanders want these laws. Today our LNP team brought them to Parliament. We’ve tabled amendments to remove detention as a last resort and reopen the Children's Court. It's up to Labor to support them.
