Today, we celebrated 150 years of worship at Uniting North Coomera Church. Much has changed over the years, and I remember (my short lifetime) when Reserve Road was a gravel track, dairy farms in the local area, the Gold Fleece Service Station and the single-lane bi-directional Pacific Highway. One can only imagine the toils of life in Coomera 150 years ago. Thank you, Rev Ralph Mayhew, for being a beacon to our community.

It's time for a community roadside at Oxenford near the John Muntz Bridge after a few hours of hitting the grassy verges of the electorate and chatting with locals.
