Seniors Rockin’ the Vale was on this morning. Hosted by Gold Coast City Council and Naomi Fowler, Division 2, Gold Coast. Lots of live music and free food. The Lions Club of Helensvale worked overtime cooking over 200 bacon and egg rolls.

Studio Village Community Centre Uniform Shuffle & Spring Markets were held today, with multiple schools selling school uniforms. Plus it was good to catch up with Carol from the Upper Coomera Lions Club. Carol is passionate about hearing Dogs for people with a hearing impairment. Time for a community roadside at Oxenford, Michigan Drive.

Aurora is the winner of my Father’s Day Lolly Competition at Pacific Pines Party in the Park. Her dad now has the perfect Father’s Day gift — a brand-new Weber Q BBQ and a jar of Allen’s Lollies! ✨ Aurora’s guess was 240 lollies… and the jar had 241! So close!

Well done to Jen and the team from Studio Village Community Centre for hosting Studio Village Parkfest 2025. A lot of effort goes into setting up these events to make them a big success. 🙌 Luckily, the wind hasn't caused too many issues.
