Motorists are advised that the Pacific Motorway (M1) off-ramp at Exit 57 (Oxenford interchange) will be closed to all traffic from 8pm tonight (12 March 2018) to 5am tomorrow morning (13 March 2018), weather permitting

A few Community Roadsides this weekend around the electorate. Thank you to everyone who has stopped for a chat. Main topic residents are discussing is the need for another arterial roadway on the Northern Gold Coast, plus council mowing parks etc. (with this wet weather, as we all know the grass grows rather quickly.) but requests have been submitted.

Today’s Question on Notice is to the Minister for Transport regarding the sound barriers along the Helensvale section of the railway line.

The new school fence at Coomera State School is coming together and it’s looking good. Much better than the old decrepit fence that has been at the school for decades.
