Enjoying a high (sauna) temperature Community Roadside at Windaroo this afternoon. Already two people have stopped for a chat.

Community Roadside afternoon at Reserve Road next to the Upper Coomera Community Centre. Parts of the electorate hit 40 degrees today. It's not too bad in the shade.

Once again, I have written the Minister for Police requesting 30 additional Police Officers for The Northern Gold Coast. This will reduce the massive workload officers are currently subjected and allow better response times. Number one topic at my Community Roadsides is the lack of Police resources. Other issues raised are hooning and crime.

The first Upper Coomera Lions Club meeting of 2017 was held at their usual location, the Wattle Hotel. I must say it was very interesting with there guest speaker David and Heidi, two very passionate people about protecting the environment in Madagascar and planting trees.

Community Roadside Wednesday at Halfway Drive Norfolk Village. During my travels today the top temperature was at Timberview Estate Wongawallan, 41 degrees according to my car temperature gauge.
