17th January

Thank you, Samaritan’s Purse Volunteers, for helping Coomera State School with today's cleanup. Many hands make light work. Coomera State School staff have been working tirelessly to clean up the school and prepare it for the first day back.

The next issue that will become critical for the safety of many communities will be access to the fire trails that we use to access bush fires and work from for containment lines before bushfires get to close to homes.

13th January

Team Coomera Valley Rural Fire Brigade and Ormeau Rural Fire Brigade continued operation Clean up in Oxenford today, removing vast quantities of debris from yards. It's exhausting work.
