Busy Community Roadside at Upper Coomera near the Upper Coomera Community Centre Reserve Road.

Thank you to all our volunteers for all their efforts. Today, crews from the Coomera Valley Rural Fire Brigade braved the heat to continue the clean-up.

Samaritan Purse volunteers have also worked long hours in the heat clearing debris around houses.

Some good news from Cr Donna Gates - the cycle and pedestrian improvements around Upper Coomera State College has been completed just in time for back to school Monday. #uppercoomera #cycle #WalkToSchool

I have had numerous enquiries from residents about their Essential Services Hardship grants and the Department of Communities requiring them to show proof they have lost power. These residents lost power for over a week. Some lost power for almost two weeks! Yet the Department is demanding proof.
