ANZAC Day services throughout the electorate were symbols of pride and remembrance to all those who have served our Nation. Locals stood in solemn silence to remember all those who did not return. Thank you to all our local RSL Clubs and volunteers for all your efforts in making this day special to all those who have served.

This week in Albert school was back for term 2 and I attended a number of P&C meetings. ANZAC Day preparation is well under way, and the Police Resources Petitions are gather more support. Also National Youth Week was at the Upper Coomera Centre.

It has been another busy and very rewarding week for the Albert Electorate. We have a new Mayor, Oxenford Men's Shed has new Flags and my requests for more local road upgrades start soon.

This week spent mostly out in the electorate gathering support for two E-Petitions focusing on community safety. The two petitions are for an additional 50 Officers for the Coomera Police Station and a new Station for Ormeau.
