Thank you, Minister John-Paul Langbroek, for visiting UCSC today and discussing education with School Principal Mr Rawlins.

School is back at Helensvale State High School. Like many schools and homes, HSHS suffered damage from TC Alfred. Thank you, Premier David Crisafulli MP and Minister John-Paul Langbroek, for visiting HSHS and meeting the school student leaders this morning.

Afternoon community roadside at Maudsland, followed by the first P&C meeting of the year at Coomera State School. The school has a busy semester ahead with multiple projects underway, including a new playground, a colour fun run in week 10, containers for change and much more.

Today, our Year 10 students were fortunate to attend an impactful presentation on Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, supported by Headspace Upper Coomera.  The students were deeply moved by the inspiring life story shared by Nic Newling of The Champions, who offered a powerful message of resilience and hope.

School is Back 🚸 Don’t forget that 40km/hr School Zones are now back in force, each morning and afternoon on school days, starting from today.
