Lost about 5kgs this afternoon with the Lions Club of Helensvale Bunnings BBQ. The humidity and the heat from the BBQ

The Oxenford Men's Shed Is looking for more members to join the shed. It's a great place to catch up for a cuppa and a chat or do a bit of woodworking. They also have a great garden for all those green thumbs out there. Sheds open between 8 and 11.30am Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays.
