What a fantastic night at the Saint Stephens College awards ceremony. Classical music fans would pay top dollar to listen to the music quality on display tonight. Well done again!

Today's Question on Notice is to the Minister for Education. School staff have contacted me to express their serious concerns about the behavior and actions of some students, parents and carers.

Today's Question On Notice. I refer to previous question on notice, 17th of June 2016 to former Minister for Police, concerning Coomera Valley Rural Fire Brigade and their desperate need for a larger facility to house necessary equipment, provide areas for training and adequate volunteer car parking.

Congratulations to the awesome Pimpama Men's Shed on the official opening of their new shed! Rob, Jeff, Des and I could go on for hours about how great these guys are and what they are doing for the community. So if you are interested in finding out more about their shed I suggest you pop on down for a cuppa and a chat.

Well done to all those who participated in the Walk the Talk - Zero Tolerance for Domestic Violence. Also a big thank you to Soroptimists International Beenleigh organising this event. Plus it's great to see Fay from the Soroptimists and our hard working local Councillors Cr Jennie Breene and Cr Laurie Koranski.
