New Years Eve Celebrations, Northern Gold Coast to Surfers Paradise.

Meals on Wheels Christmas run today. French Onion soup, sweet and sour pork, turkey with roast vegetables for Christmas Day. Plus Christmas wouldn't be complete without Christmas Pudding. Thank you to the meals On Wheels team and to Jim and Jan who volunteer their time every week and allowing me to join their run today. They are a truly lovely couple.

Time for a Community Roadside at Upper Coomera Reserve Road next to the Upper Coomera Community Centre.

Bit of ground hog day happening here at M1 Motorway Exit 54 with the Labor Main Roads Minister announcing the completion of exit 54 road works. Sorry Minister, Deputy Mayor Cr Donna Gates and Michael Crandon MP announced this over the weekend. Interesting to note, the traffic southbound was crawling along due to traffic congestion. We need another Motorway between Logan City and the Gold Coast. Every time we have an accident on the M1 Motorway, the road network goes into meltdown.
