6:50am 28th February, the Coomera River levels at Oxenford Weir have risen to minor flooding.

5:00pm 27th February, the Coomera River remains at below minor flood levels apart from Clagiraba monitoring station. Clagiraba is at moderate flooding. Canungra Army base monitoring station is recording below minor flood level but water levels are rising. The Bureau of Meteorology continuously updates river levels via their website. As at 7:00am 27th February. The Coomera River at Oxenford Weir has reached minor flooding during the night. River level monitoring stations up stream are showing moderate flooding at Clagiraba and below minor at Canungra Army Base. Community working together at Ferny Glen (Gold Coast Hinterland). The rain event has washed away the creek crossing at Upper Coomera Road at Ferny Glen. Residents are forced to use a flying Fox rope system to transport essentials across Flying Fox Creek.

4:00pm 26th Feb. The Coomera River is still below minor flood levels apart from Clagiraba Road (minor flooding). Rain intensity has increased around the Beechmont Range area (Main catchment for the Coomera River). Coomera River at Canungra Army base is rising but is below minor flood levels.
